Market and contract research organization IQVIA has published its Global Oncology Trends report for 2024, projecting a significant rise in cancer cases.
The report finds there could be an increase of 12 million new cases annually to 32 million by 2050, particularly in lower-income countries, with global spending on cancer medicines now exceeding $223 billion.
