GSK inks another ADC license deal with Hansoh

UK pharma major GSK (LSE: GSK) and China’s Hansoh Pharma (HKEX: 03692) have entered into an exclusive license agreement for HS-20093, a B7-H3 targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) utilizing a clinically validated topoisomerase inhibitor (TOPOi) payload.

The deal will provide GSK with exclusive worldwide rights (excluding China’s mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) to progress clinical development and commercialization of HS-20093.

Just a couple of days ago, GSK’s chief commercial officer Luke Miels revealed in an interview with the Financial Times that it is on the hunt for deals in China, having already entered into collaborations for Zhifei (potentially worth $3 billion) and Hansoh (worth up to $1.6 billion) in past few months
