Oxford, UK-based drug discovery company Exscientia has acquired biophysics specialist Kinetic Discovery.
Exscientia, an artificial intelligence specialist, says the purchase will boost its ability to create novel drug candidates by “seeding its algorithms with data generated through the use of fragment screening and structural biology.”
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
