Demand for reform of UK R&D tax credits

A think tank report has been published ahead of the UK government’s autumn statement, calling for a reform of R&D tax credits.

According to the report from Onward - which calls itself a center-right think tank - R&D tax credits must be reformed, not cut back, if the UK is to become an ‘innovation nation’.

"We have been working with our partners to call for the government to maintain existing commitments to raise public R&D investment"
