City Therapeutics appoints Andrew Orth as chief exec

City Therapeutics, a biopharma firm advancing RNA medicines, has named Andrew Orth as its new chief executive officer and director.

Formerly chief commercial officer at Krystal Biotech (Nasdaq: KRYS), Mr Orth brings more than 25 years of experience in research, development, and commercialization to the role.

Before joining City, Mr Orth oversaw the global launch of Vyjuvek (beremagene geperpavec) at Krystal, the first topical redosable gene therapy for dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa.
