BRIEF—More board changes at Biogen

Biogen has announced several changes to its board of directors, with Alexander Denner, William Jones and Richard Mulligan opting not to stand for re-election.

The company has  already announced that chairman Stelios Papadopoulos will step down to be replaced by Caroline Dorsa.

The company has nominated Susan Langer for appointment to the board, with appointments set to be reviewed at the annual meeting of stockholders on 14 June.

Ms Langer, president of Souffle Therapeutics and formerly founding president of Kojin Therapeutics, has experience from a number of roles, including as chief business officer of Paratus Sciences.
