Adcetris remains out front for Seagen, with strong long-term data

Seagen (Nasdaq: SGEN) has announced an update to the label for its antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) Adcetris (brentuximab vedotin), adding results from the Phase III ECHELON-1 trial.

The company has included six-year overall survival results from the trial of its lead ADC, which tests the product, in combination with chemotherapy, as a first-line treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma.

At a median follow up of approximately six years, there was a statistically-significant 41% reduction in risk of death versus chemotherapy alone.
