Bayvit Launched First Generic Product, In Spain
- Bayer and Laboratorios Vita, through the 50/50 joint venturecompany Bayvit, have launched their first generic, the antihypertensive agent captopril, in Spain, according to Cinco Dias. The company says this is the first of a series of generics, including nifedipine and nitrendipine, which will be launched onto the market in the next few months.
