BAYER DENIED ASPIRIN EXCLUSIVITY IN RUSSIA
- The Russian Committee for Patents has denied the German company Bayer AG exclusive rights to the aspirin trademark in Russia. The company said that it would appeal the decision, which it said would result in the emergence of aspirin marketed by little-known companies.
