USA-based Azurity Pharmaceuticals says it has completed its acquisition of Covis Group from existing investors and the privately-held Swiss drugmaker is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Azurity.
Azurity noted that this strategic acquisition – financial terms of which are not disclosed - reinforces the company’s leadership in branded pharmaceuticals, harnessing the complementary strengths of both companies across multiple complex dosage forms and therapeutic areas.
