12 February 2025

Massachusetts, USA-based cell therapy specialist Abcuro today announced the closing of a $200 million Series C financing.

Proceeds from the Series C financing will be used to complete the registrational Phase II/III MUSCLE clinical trial evaluating ulviprubart (ABC008), a first-in-class monoclonal antibody targeting killer cell lectin like receptor G1 (KLRG1), for the treatment of inclusion body myositis (IBM).
